Why Kingdom Awareness Is Essential,
Urgent, and Required
IT IS ESSENTIAL
Kingdom Awareness is essential because the believer is not called to live as an ordinary person governed by his or her culture, traditions, fears, ambitions, or personal preferences. We are called to live under the rule, the will, purpose, authority, and the righteousness of God.
The Kingdom is not an optional idea for special moments; it is the true governing authority of the Christian life. When a believer becomes aware of the Kingdom, their priorities are corrected, their decisions are based on God's word, their faith becomes stronger, and their life begins to align with God's purpose.
The Kingdom Awareness Project framework teaches us to ask, 'What does the King desire?' before asking, 'What can He give me?' This core paradigm shifts the believer out of self-centered living into Christ-centered obedience, purpose, and fruitfulness. A life that seeks the Kingdom first cannot remain confused, casual, or divided, because the rule of God gives direction to everything.
Scripture References:
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33 NKJV)
“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 14:17 NKJV)
Kingdom Awareness is urgent because the world is wicked; it is voraciously enticing people to reject God. Every day, people are being shaped by voices, systems, desires, fears, social media trends, entertainment, opinions, and pressures that often draw the heart away from God’s rule. Sadly, this includes most believers.
The world is constantly discipling people into, confusion, compromise, materialism, self-promotion, self-centeredness, identity crisis, and spiritual dullness. If believers are not intentionally renewed by the Word and awakened to the Kingdom, they will gradually think, speak, choose, and live like the people of the world. very systems Christ redeemed them from.
This urgent need is exactly why author Pastor Confidence Busiah established this platform. Kingdom alignment cannot be delayed; it is needed now in families, churches, businesses, schools, media, music, leadership, and daily life. The believer must be spiritually alert, mentally renewed, and Kingdom-conscious, because the times require people who know who they are, whom they belong to, and what they represent.
Scripture References:
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” (Romans 12:2 NKJV)
“See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:15–16 NKJV)

IT IS URGENT.
IT IS REQUIRED
IT IS URGENT. IT IS REQUIRED
Kingdom Awareness is required because every believer is called to represent Christ, not only in the church setting, but in every sphere of life. The home, workplace, business, education, media, music, relationships, leadership, and daily decisions are all places where the Kingdom must be seen. We are not merely receivers of salvation; we are ambassadors of the King. That means our words, conduct, excellence, love, integrity, creativity, service, and choices should reveal the nature of Christ, and culture of the Kingdom. As detailed in the Expressions of Grace book series, true Kingdom Awareness reminds us that faith is not a quiet escape from the world, but a public representation of Christ in us. And that shows in the way we live every day, everywhere, and moment by moment. Every believer carries a divine assignment to shine as light, preserve truth, demonstrate righteousness, and make Christ visible. The Kingdom is required because the world must encounter God’s wisdom, love, order, and glory through His people. Scripture References: “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us…” (2 Corinthians 5:20 NKJV) “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14 NKJV)
